A Long Day

Over the last year I have been working a various woodblock portrait prints, specifically, I've been trying to convey different emotions and facial expression. Now I am starting a series of woodblock prints on icons. I did a Taylor Swift woodcut for my daughter who is a huge fan, then this one for myself. I have always been a huge Clint Eastwood fan. This particular I thought would work well as a high contrast woodcut, and incorporated a background for all those great western movies over the years. This is a new series, so be on the lookout for new prints.
